All of us have the email addresses of family, friends, and acquaintances who live in the 2nd District, that we can ask to vote for Ginny. Below are some simple instructions.

1) Copy the message below by highlighting it and copying it to your computer’s clipboard (in most computers, just right click the highlighted text and a menu will appear and then click “copy” (with a Windows PC, you can also hold down the “Control” key and hit the  “C” key).  Or you could always type it in manually, but just trying to make this easy.  Here is the message:

Hi,

I’m helping with Ginny Caligiuri’s campaign and I’m writing to ask you to vote for her for U.S. Congress in the June 5th Primary. She is the first TRUE Conservative we have had the opportunity to vote for in Iowa’s 2nd District in a long time!

It is a write-in campaign so please go to www.VoteForGinny.com and you will see the special instructions.  Fill out the form and the website will automatically take you to the needed information.

If you want to learn more about Ginny, go to http://ginnygetsiowa.com/issues and there are 7 videos that are about a minute or less each.  And if you can forward this email to those you know in the 2nd District, that would be SO helpful.  Thanks!!!

2) Next go to your email program and open the screen like you are composing a new email. Click in the body/message portion, of the new email and right click again. You should see a menu and click “paste” (on a Windows PC, you can also hold down the “Control” key and hit the “V” key).

3) Next, type something in the subject line above the body of the message. You can describe why you are writing any way you wish. Here is a suggestion:

Have you heard about Ginny Caligiuri? Finally!  A True Conservative Candidate!

4) Next click in the “To:” section above the subject line.  [If you don’t know whether your contact is in the 2nd District, This Web Page will help] If you are sending to only one, just put their email address there. If you want to send this email to several people at once, click on “BCC” and add as many people as you want. Using “BCC” (Blind Carbon Copy) means those who get the email will not be able to see the email addresses of everyone you send to.  In some programs, you might have to put someone in the “To:” section to make it work, but in most you do not. If you do, just put yourself or your spouse in the “To” section.

5) Now you are ready to send. Look it over and if you are happy with it, click “Send.”
